About Herald Services

Process Serving, Statement Taking & Legal Support Services

Established process server and legal support services provider since the late 1980's

In the late 1980's Herald Services was established by Godfrey Rees when he retired from the Metropolitan Police Force. Herald Services provided legal support to solicitors and insurers providing evidence for claims and court cases, mostly based in central London. As the client base increased key members of our team were based in South Wales, London, & Manchester and a network of approved agents was developed to respond to urgent instructions throughout the UK. Godfrey has since retired.

Strong links to South Wales

The company has strong links to South Wales and relocated in 2006. Our services have remained the same and we provide Legal Support. The company is keen to promote its services in South Wales and West Wales and has developed strong links with fellow agents, commercial companies and law firms who have repeatedly engaged their services in the region.

Herald Services understands that national coverage is a requirement of the modern client and law firms.

Throughout its long history, the Association has worked hard to improve the standing and reputation of the investigative professional. We operate within the Association´s Code of Ethics.
